Description

This presentation serves as a framework for interested parties in setting up an interpreter boot camp to assist in bridging the gap from graduation from an interpreter training program to working in the educational setting.  The curriculum for this boot camp will be discussed in the hopes that it can be replicated by other entities to provide the support needed for newer interpreters to become a qualified educational interpreter or to achieve the state minimum on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment.
